Dit enorme landgoed van 478 m2 ligt op een terrein van een kleine 3000 m2. De zeer besloten tuin is omheind en heeft elektrische poorten. De zomerkeuken met grote open haard/BBQ is een geweldige ruimte om buiten te koken. De tuin wordt volledig automatisch geïrrigeerd en is beplant met volwassen bomen. Er is een grasveld, een fruitboomgaard en een terras van gedrukt beton. Het zwembadgedeelte is omheind en er is een groot zwembad in vrije vorm omgeven door kunstgras van hoge kwaliteit en in de schaduw van prachtige palmbomen. Het poolhouse beschikt over een kleedruimte, toilet en douche en een aparte ruimte waarin alle zwembadapparatuur is ondergebracht. Tevens is er een garage en een aparte berging welke verbouwd kan worden tot gastenverblijf.

Er is een zeer goede toegang tot het pand via een geasfalteerde weg. De luchthaven en de stranden van Alicante liggen op 1 uur rijden. De woning is gelegen in de wijnregio Yecla (DO) en dicht bij de wijnregio's Jumilla en Alicante en biedt een uitstekende selectie bodega's om te bezoeken, waarvan vele met hoog aangeschreven restaurants. Dankzij de nieuwe snelwegen is het 1 uur en 15 minuten rijden naar Murcia, de hoofdstad van de regio, en een soortgelijke rit naar de stad Valencia. Het huis ligt ook op slechts 15 minuten rijden van het hogesnelheidstreinstation in Villena.

Dit is een prachtig pand en zou een geweldig huis of bed & breakfast zijn. Het onroerend goed is geclassificeerd als stedelijk en daarom moeten vergunningen relatief eenvoudig te verkrijgen zijn. De gemeente heeft inmiddels bevestigd dat een vergunning voor B&B met enkele kleine aanpassingen mogelijk is.
